Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, through Feedback. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. A monthly plan isn't refunded once active; a yearly plan is refunded in full if you cancel within 7 days of access being turned on. If you aren't approved after paying, or paid twice, the payment is refunded in full.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You're asked before each new period.
Are prices live?
No. Every price is end-of-day: the NSE and BSE close, updated each evening after the market shuts. Nothing on the site is real-time or intraday.
What does a free account include?
Search and company pages for every NSE and BSE stock, 3 lists (one of them can be a screen), email alerts on one list, and 2 years of history.
Do you offer company or team plans?
Not yet. Teams is on a waitlist: email rachidasen@alphasurveillance.in to join it. When it opens, it will be for your own team's study only, without redistributing exchange data or using it in client advice.

No. SurveillanceLab is not registered with SEBI. It is a set of information and calculation tools: exchange data and calculations from the exchanges' published rules, for your own study. You make the calls.
