What the site is

An information and stock screening tool. It compiles data that NSE, BSE and listed companies publish (surveillance lists, prices, financial results and filings) and calculates figures, scores and dates from that data with automated rules.

Dates such as the earliest exit-eligibility date are projections from the exchanges' published rules and data. They are not commitments, not predictions of what an exchange will decide, and not recommendations. Inclusion, stage changes and exits are decided solely by NSE and BSE.

Not investment advice

SurveillanceLab and Rachid Asen are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the site is investment advice, research, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Make your own decisions, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser if you need advice.

Data is provided as is

The data is collected and processed automatically from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose. Verify anything important with the exchange or the company's own filing. Market data © NSE/BSE.

Accounts

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; an account is for one person. Accounts that misuse the site may be suspended.

Pro access, subscriptions and contributions

Pro access needs approval and a signed NDA declaration, emailed from the request form. It can be had by subscription (₹500/month, or ₹5,000/year) or by contributor status. Its features are listed on the sign-in page and may change; a subscriber keeps what was paid for until the end of the paid period. Cancellations and refunds are on the Refunds page.

Contributor status is at Rachid Asen's sole discretion. A contribution is voluntary support, not a purchase or a subscription, and it does not buy investment advice, tips or recommendations.

Use of the site

The site is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape or bulk-download it, resell or redistribute its data or calculations, mirror it, reverse engineer it, or get around its limits. Research data is also covered by the NDA you sign.

Ownership

The site's software, text, calculations and design belong to Rachid Asen. Exchange and company data belongs to its owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rachid Asen is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site, including trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the site in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes, law and contact

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
