Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through Feedback in the footer, from the email you sign in with. Payments do not renew automatically: you are asked before each new period. After cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Monthly plan: not refunded once the month's access is active.

Yearly plan: a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of access being turned on; after that, the rest of the year is not refunded.

If Pro access is not approved after you paid, or you paid twice or the wrong amount, the payment is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

Contributions

Contributions are voluntary support, not a purchase, and are not refunded, except a payment made by mistake (wrong amount or a duplicate), which you can report through Feedback.
