Time limits

A complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and answered, with what was done and why, within 15 days of receipt.

What may be done

A post or other content may be removed or hidden, an account may be suspended, or the complaint may be declined with the reason. A request to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, comes to the same address.
